• Sessions are confidential.

• I say the truth of what I see - with softness, with compassion - but no fairy-tales.

• I do not read private information about people other than you
  (for ex : I will not answer “What does my ex think about me?”
  I can answer : ”What do I need to know about my situation with my ex?”).

• For couples : I strongly recommend booking individual readings before considering a joint session.

• I do not give medical, legal, financial advice.

• I offer tools for reflection - I don’t predict the future or magically fix your life.

• I am not responsible for what decisions you make after the reading.
  

Late Arrival Policy

• If you need to cancel a session, please get in touch 24h before.

• In the event of a “No-show” full payment of the session is due. If you were gifted a session and don’t show up, it is forfeit. I honor both your time and mine.

• Allowance can be made for unforeseeable, radical emergencies such as grave accidents.
